Why fruit is good for health?
In my opinion any food that don't have dietary fiber is junk food.
We should have Water soluble vitamins in our daily diet.
Antioxidant to prevent us from cancer and keep young.
Only fruits are good source of fiber, antioxidants and vitamin C.
All the fruits are good for health or not?
It depends on your age, and health condition.
